Animals have been a part of Roberta’s entire life.  Daughter of a veterinarian, Roberta grew up in Columbus, OH, then Auburn, AL, with pets of all shapes and sizes.  From frogs, mice, chickens, rabbits, cats, dogs, goldfish etc, growing up was always an adventure!  Visiting the University clinics where Dad worked gave Roberta an appreciation of all God’s creatures, and she followed in her Dad’s footsteps a little later in life by getting a degree in Veterinary Technology.  Besides her own pets, she has cared for hundreds of other people’s pets as a pet sitter before becoming a Licensed Vet Tech.

Roberta says “Life continues to be an adventure.  Grown children, grandchildren, and great grand children fill my husband Jeff’s and my life with laughter and love. And then there are the pets, and all the lessons of unconditional love that they can teach us, if only we listen with an open heart.  Working at Companion Animal Care with this incredible staff is truly like working with family, we treat our clients, their pets and each other with compassion.  It  is a blessing to be working here.”
